Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Chelsea YCW Junior Sports Club
I am writing on behalf of Chelsea YCW Junior Sports Club to give notice that the
Annual General Meeting of the Chelsea YCW Junior Sports Club Incorporated
will be held on Wednesday the 10th December 2014 at the Clubrooms,
Bonbeach Reserve Oval No. 5, at 7.30 PM.
The Agenda for the meeting includes the Chairman's report, reports from each of the
Divisional Presidents on the activities of their respective divisions for 2013/2014, the
Treasurer's report, including audited financial statements and Election of Office
Bearers for the year 2014/15, comprising Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer.
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ALTERATION OF CONSTITUTION; The Sports club executive recommend the following motion to be discussed and voted on at this Annual General Meeting. MOTION- Chelsea YCW Junior Sports Club Incorporated change its name to Bonbeach YCW Junior Sports club Incorporated
The Club's Annual General Meeting represents an opportunity for all members to
review the activities of the Club for the past year and to contribute to the Club's
future. Members of the Club include parents of players, Life Members and other
members.
Proxy votes for Office Bearers must be submitted to me in writing by 7.30PM, 9th December 2014

NOTICE OF MOTION
To be considered at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, 10th December 2014.

There are a number of members within the club that believe a name
change for the club will help identify the club with its location and
distinguish the club from other local clubs
OBJECTIVE: (What are you hoping to achieve)
The purpose of the motion is to obtain formal documented approval of the Sports Club for the changing of the clubs name.
NOTICE OF MOTION: (proposed wording of the motion)
That:
1. The Chelsea YCW Sports Club Inc. approve the proposed name change
of the club and its divisions to the Bonbeach YCW Junior Sports Club
Inc.
RATIONALE: (brief explanation to assist the Committees to fully consider the notice of motion)
The recognition of the clubs location and distinguish the club from others in the area.
